arcum RECHTSANWÄLTE – Lawyers in Munich for German and International Business Law

arcum RECHTSANWÄLTE is an association of independent lawyers based in Munich, with a focus on German employment law, commercial and corporate law, tax law, French law, and international business law.

We advise and represent companies, executives, and private clients in legal matters under German law and in cross-border transactions and disputes. A particular focus lies on Franco-German legal relations and international commercial matters.

The name “arcum” (Latin for “arch”) reflects our interdisciplinary and international approach. It stands for connecting legal systems, jurisdictions, and business cultures in cross-border legal practice.

Important Notice

The lawyers operate under the brand name “arcum RECHTSANWÄLTE”. However, they are not legally associated under partnership or company law and do not form a civil law partnership. Each lawyer practices independently as a sole practitioner and is solely responsible for their professional activities. The cooperation is limited to an office-sharing arrangement.
