Dr. Friedo Schröder
Lawyer and specialist lawyer in commercial law and corporate law
Dr Friedo Schröder studied and obtained his doctorate in law at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. He then worked for the renowned international law firm Clifford Chance in Frankfurt am Main. After a few years, he moved to Munich for personal reasons. Here, he has been advising national and international clients since 2005, specialising in commercial and corporate law (specialist lawyer since 2009) and tax law, advising and representing his clients in German and English.
Dr Friedo Schröder is a member of the DAV working groups on commercial and corporate law and tax law.
