We advise and support our clients in the negotiation, drafting, and optimisation of international contracts and cross-border commercial agreements. A particular focus lies on international sales law (UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods – CISG) and on all types of distribution agreements, including commercial agency agreements, authorised dealer agreements, licence agreements, and framework agreements.

In addition, we represent clients in the enforcement and defence of claims at international level, in particular in international arbitration proceedings and other forms of international dispute resolution.

In cross-border matters, we work closely with selected specialised law firms abroad in order to ensure efficient, coordinated, and legally secure representation of our clients’ interests.
