A key area of our work is international sales law, in particular the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), as well as international distribution agreements, commercial agency agreements, licensing agreements and other commercial contracts.

We also represent clients in cross-border disputes, including the enforcement and defence of claims and in international arbitration proceedings.

Where foreign law is involved, we work with specialised law firms in the relevant jurisdiction where appropriate.
