We advise companies and entrepreneurs on key matters of commercial and corporate law.

In commercial law, our work focuses in particular on distribution law, including the drafting and review of commercial agency agreements, distributor agreements and other distribution arrangements. We also advise on international sales transactions and other commercial contracts.

In corporate law, we assist companies from formation and the choice of legal form through changes to capital and shareholder structures, amendments to articles of association, corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions and business disposals.

We also advise on family holding structures, shareholders’ meetings and disputes between shareholders and represent our clients in out-of-court and court proceedings where necessary.

Where corporate law matters also involve employment or tax law issues, these aspects are included in our advice.
